Question - Am I the only person who is having problems posting payments to our new Union Bank option?
I am no tech lightweight, by any means. But their payment website is full of glitches and problems. Their Customer Service is off-shore, and they have limited access to what we actually see on the screen.
I hope Gervin will reconsider this choice they have made, and either bring back our old payment method, or set up the option with someone other that Union Bank.
