Andover Township Recreation is hosting a town-wide garage sale on September 16. A list of addresses participating in the sale will be published to help shoppers find your hidden treasures. Only $5 to have your address added to the list. Registrations are due September 7; applications received after this date will not be accepted/included in the garage sale list. Election Results: Gary Curtis and Jean Scapicchio were re-elected to the RHCA Board of Trustees for a 3 year term.

2023 Spring Update: the following projects will be undertaken this season at Rolling Hills: New Roofs are scheduled for buildings 34 & 29. Retaining wall repair / replacement is scheduled for buildings 30, 24 & 27. Tree trimming, sidewalk repair / replacement, gutter cleaning, shrub plantings and power washing is also scheduled. Topsoil, Seeding & Rock maintenance is also scheduled for this season. Parking lot paving will be on lots 24 & 27 this Fall.

Gervin Management/RHCA continues to meet with the NJDEP to rectify the odor problem emanating from Andover Utility. your help is needed to correct this problem. ***If you smell sewage odor coming from the Andover Utility plant call 1-877-927-6337 to contact the NJDEP environmental hotline. please leave your name, address & phone number and report the date, time & location you smelled the odor***  the NJDEP northern bureau of air compliance will respond & come to the site to trace the exact source of the odor at Andover Utility. every call matters, so please do your part to help solve this problem. thanks very much for your help! please call Andover Utility at 201-460-9069 to strongly voice your complaints, as well.
