Electric Bicycles, Scooters, and Motorized Vehicles

 

The Association follows all applicable New Jersey laws governing bicycles, electric bicycles (e-bikes), electric scooters, mopeds, and other motorized vehicles.

 

Residents are responsible for ensuring that any such vehicle operated within the community complies with all applicable state laws, including licensing, registration, insurance, helmet, age, and equipment requirements.

 

Under current New Jersey law:

 

Traditional bicycles and electric scooters do not require registration, insurance, or a driver's license.

 

Certain classes of e-bikes, mopeds, and electric motorcycles require registration and may require a valid driver's license, permit, insurance, and helmets, depending on the type of vehicle.

 

All operators must comply with applicable New Jersey traffic laws and safety requirements.

 

Failure to comply with applicable state law while operating any vehicle within the community may also constitute a violation of the Association's Rules and Regulations.

 

Andover Township PD in accordance with an agreement with Rolling Hills, may enforce any such violations within the boundaries of the community.

 

No bicycles of any kind are permitted on the sidewalks or grass within the common areas.

The Rolling Hills Pool is scheduled to open this Saturday, May 23rd! The 2026 pool hours are as follows:

Starting 05/23/2026-06/22/2026, the pool will be open Saturday & Sunday from 11am-7pm.
Starting 06/23/2026-08/09/2026, the pool will be open every day from 11am-8pm.
Starting 08/10/2026-09/07/2026, the pool will be open every day from 11am-7pm.

Please have your pool passes with your 2026 stickers available when entering the pool area.
