Gervin Management/RHCA continues to meet with the NJDEP to rectify the odor problem emanating from Andover Utility. your help is needed to correct this problem. ***If you smell sewage odor coming from the Andover Utility plant call 1-877-927-6337 to contact the NJDEP environmental hotline. please leave your name, address & phone number and report the date, time & location you smelled the odor***  the NJDEP northern bureau of air compliance will respond & come to the site to trace the exact source of the odor at Andover Utility. every call matters, so please do your part to help solve this problem. thanks very much for your help! please call Andover Utility at 201-460-9069 to strongly voice your complaints, as well.

Please clean up after your dog. leaving pet waste where dropped IS A VIOLATION OF RHCA RULES AND REGULATIONS and ANDOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES. anyone seen NOT PICKING UP AFTER their DOG WILL BE FINED. please do your part to keep our community clean and always keep your dog on a leash.
