RHCA Spring Update
After a cold & snowy Winter Spring has finally arrived here at Rolling Hills. Here are some of the projects scheduled for 2021:
Mulch: All units will receive mulch in the front garden area. If you have a red sticker in your window & maintain you own garden area please contact Gervin Management via the online portal to be added to the Mulch list.
New Roofing: Buildings 22, 31 & 32
New Retaining Walls: Across from building 36
New Paving: Parking Spaces Buildings 20 & 15, Driveway between 16 & 18, Buildings 35-40 (striping / bonding also included)
Tree Removal: 10 marked trees & 3 large Ash on the RHCA property

Recycling Events at SCMUA
2021 Sussex County MUA Electronics Recycling days: March 27, May 22, July 24 & October 23. There is no charge for 5 items or less. SCMUA Household Hazardous Waste Days: June 5 & November 5. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, our community has followed all the health, safety and gathering protocols mandated by the NJ State Health department. public access to all RHCA recreation facilities has been restricted. We have encouraged all residents to adhere to the NJ State Guidelines for staying at home and social distancing. NJ State has established protocols for health care workers and first responders to follow and has established testing guidelines for all NJ residents.

Gervin management/rhca continues to meet with the njdep to rectify the odor problem emanating from andover utility. your help is needed to correct this problem. ***If you smell sewage odor coming from the andover utility plant call 1-877-927-6337 to contact the njdep environmental hotline. please leave your name, address & phone number and report the date, time & location you smelled the odor*** the njdep northern bureau of air compliance will respond & come to the site to trace the exact source of the odor at andover utility. every call matters, so please do your part to help solve this problem. thanks very much for your help! please call andover utility at 201-460-9069 to strongly voice your complaints, as well.

please clean up after your dog. leaving pet waste where dropped IS A VIOLATION OF rhca RULES AND REGULATIONS and andover TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES. anyone seEN NOT PICKING UP AFTER their DOG WILL BE FINED. please do your part to keep our community clean and always keep your dog on a leash.
