As a devoted animal lover, I am constantly surprised that some residents do not clean up after their dogs, even when a can with bags is 20 feet away! This is a health hazard for your dog and others, as well as natural wildlife, since parasites, worms and dangerous germs or bacteria can all be spread if one animal sniffs what you didn’t clean up! I carry extra bags with me in case a mess is left where humans might step but nobody, including groundskeepers, should due your duty as a pet owner. We live in a beautiful place where both owners and renters want to keep both our pets and other wildlife healthy. Just scoop it. It’s not only the law but shows your love for your dog and concern for others too because feces attract and contain disease.
